At 27, I realised I had spent most of my time in survival mode: hustling, achieving, acting strong in a world that celebrates masculine energy.
I had forgotten my softness - until feminine energy found me and I started learning about it.
I learned that living in constant masculine drive raises cortisol level, stresses the body, and disconnects us from ourselves.
