To request a return, please contact our team at Teamadmin@coquettethings.com or via WhatsApp at +49 176 93172476. We will provide you with full instructions on how to return your item. No return fees will be charged.
Items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Any returns requested but not shipped back within the 14-day period will be refunded as store credit.
Refunds
You are eligible for a refund if the item arrives damaged or is not as expected.
If your item is damaged, you may choose to receive a replacement at no additional cost. If you prefer a refund instead, we will process it once the returned item is received.
Once your return is inspected, we will notify you by email or phone regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within a standard processing timeframe.
